Ear Candling involves the use of a hollow candle made from unbleached cotton coated in beeswax. The client lies sideways on the bed with their head on a pillow. The head is covered with a towel and the candle is placed gently into the outer ear. The smoke and warmth of the candle loosens the wax build up in the ear and draws it towards to the flame. Massaging of the face and neck areas aids the release of inner ear debris, with immediate and long-lasting benefits.
